😊: Room was clean and well equiped. 😢: Street parking.

😊: Great location next to the river. Easy access to Epernay central town. The apartment has all the amenities you would need for a short to medium term stay.. 😢: Nothing to dislike.

😊: Location is great. It's decently sized for 2 people. It was neat and clean. Cyril & Florence were very responsive and welcoming. Clear directions for key pick up and drop off.. 😢: The common space outside the apartment had an overflowing bin that stank the entire corridor. It's not the hosts' fault, but the revolting smell was really bad and you had to encounter it every time you entered or left the space.

😊: Excellent location only a few minutes walk from Champagne Avenue, and with the river opposite. Apartment had everything you needed and a lovely shower. Kitchen was well equipped.. 😢: Only issue was no outside space to enjoy the beautiful weather. Otherwise perfect..
