😊: Great place! Great host! Cozy and comfortable )) Close to everything you need to do in the town ( market on Saturday just 1 minute away from the flat)!!! Private parking space was very handy . Almost town center but quiet and pleasant . Very comfortable bad!!!!! Decent place to stay , strongly recommend). 😢: ——.

😊: The apartment was in a lovely central location. It has everything you could want in it, including a hair dryer and all cooking utensils. There are even some board games. The building has a secure car park at the back of the building, which was super handy. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Boulogne again.. 😢: On the booking website and on my confirmation, it said that towels were included - they were not. You also have to pay for bed linen: A quilt for 2 people 140 cm: 20 EUR A quilt for 1 person: 15 EUR A 'kit' for the bathroom per person (towels): 10 EUR per person. The cushions are very uncomfortable. We stayed in June and we could hear the seagulls extremely loudly until past 10 pm and then they would start again about 3 to 4 am. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper..

😊: The location of this property is very good, the allocated parking (see small sign on wall) is also very useful. The apartment is well furnished, especially for just 2 people. (note that to access the parking you need to drive up the road behind the flat, and then its up one floor using the stairs/lift to find the flat on the ground floor). 😢: There are some negatives that should be taken into account before arrival. As other reviewers have mentioned, you have to collect the key from an agency. Although only a 30 minute drive from Calais they do not speak any English (so had to use Google Translate on phone). On arrival at the agency they ask you to sign a tenancy agreement and pay a 500 Euro deposit... you also find out you need to clean the flat (kitchen, toilet, bathrooms... sweep the floors) if you want to get your deposit back... cleaning is not included in the rental charge? We found out in advance that we would also need to pay extra for bedding, or bring our own sheets... we decided to bring our own (family of 2 adults and 2 kids)... but although we asked repeatedly about the size of beds, they confirmed what was needed about 10 minutes before we arrived to collect the key (having driving over from the UK....) (the answer is two double beds, including the sofa bed, but the pillows are EU size, so larger than the UK standard) The sofa bed is ok, but I would not recommend sleeping on it for too long. There are instructions at the flat (mostly around cleaning), again in French, after a few days we found some hand written notes in a drawer... this was when we found out you have to turn off the water supply to the toilet flush after it fills with water or it leaks... (we had done this already due to the noise of dripping). Looking at previous reviews, this has not been fixed for 6-months. We did meet the owner, when he arrived to take the cot we have requested out of locked storage, and he seemed very nice. He had just driven back from a holiday, so it then became evident that earlier when I asked the agent about a copy of an inventory (as I was being asked to sign a long agreement in French, which would be checked against an inventory...) and they said they did not have one but the owner had taken a "video inventory" that morning... then they were "mistaken"......
