Big loft 107m2, 10min walk to Palais des festivals

Le logement est très cosy, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La grande pièce commune est un vrai plus dans ce logement. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire à une vie de famille avec enfant et bébé. L’emplacement et le garage vous apportent un confort non négligeable à Cannes. Le livret d’accueil complet nous a permis d’arriver sereinement jusqu’au logement et ce malgré une heure d’arrivée très tardive et nous avons pu identifier facilement les règles de co-propriété. La communication avec Fabien et ses équipes a toujours été fluide tout au long de notre séjour.

A very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom configuration was a little odd, but we made it work with 3 non-related adults. Thanks for a nice visit.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Das Loft-Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, entspricht auch der Realität. Der Check-in ist kontaktlos, aber sehr gut vom Eigentümer organisiert; man muss einfach den Anweisungen folgen und es gibt keine Probleme. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen Aldi, sodass wir ein paar Lebensmittel einkaufen konnten. Die Küche im Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und das Geschirr war sauber. Great, spacious and comfortable. Myself and friends stayed there and loved it. Close enough walk to all the restaurants and also a fully equipped kitchen in the event you’d like to cook for yourself. Blackout blinds everywhere for sleep ins on a comfortable couch and a lovely balcony. Very communicative hosts who were polite and responsive. Would certainly love to stay here again and I would recommend the place & the hosts.

We had an amazing time in this apartment. It's exactly as described and would be hard to find better value for money in Cannes. First it's perfectly located very close to Le Suquet (gorgeous old city with incredible views from the hill - a must do!), only 7 minutes from the beach and the Croisette and Le Palais des Festival (Cannes convention center). There are great local restaurants nearby. You must go to Le Marche Forville (Outdoor food market and antique market) to get a sense of what Cannes really is. Not just red carpet and strass! The apartment is clean, modern and superbly equipped, so we totally enjoyed our stay. The organisation and communication with Stephanie, Alexis and Fabien was quick and easy. They provided us with the most amazing Welcome Guide we have ever received, which was very useful to help us during our trip. Thumbs up, five star, that's how it should be.
