😢: My stay at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The apartment was effectively unusable during the morning because there was no water supply at all—no toilet, no shower, no sink, and not even the possibility to make coffee. This was not a sudden issue: official notices were placed on the building announcing a water shutdown from 08:00 to 17:00, which means the host was aware of this in advance but failed to inform me before arrival. Because of this, I was forced to continue my journey without basic hygiene, which is completely unacceptable for an accommodation at this price level. On top of that, the WiFi did not work, and the projector screen was broken, meaning several advertised amenities were simply not available. The host initially offered €50 in compensation, which already acknowledged the severity of the issue, but this was later replaced with a much lower amount through Booking.com. This is not in line with the fact that essential facilities were missing. Furthermore the appartement is located in a bad neighbourhood and has the entrance of a crack house. Overall, this stay did not match what was promised, and I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. I advise future guests to be cautious..

😢: Everything was dirty, full of sperm even the bed. Old food in the fridge, hair in the hot tube and on the floor. We called the accomodation avout this our first evening they didn’t answer so we had to book a new hotel. The second night they promised us a clean room but they didn’t answered anymore just as they did the first night so we rided back home. I called booking.com about this and the hotel answered that we stayed but we have evidence enough that we didn’t stayed like the receipes of payement from the new hotel… Worst thing I ever booked!! Never book this!! they not trust worthy and don’t give you’re money back!!! NEVER BOOK THIS!!!.
