😊: Really comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good kitchen. Nice little terrasse. Convenient location on the port close to restaurants. Timely and responsive communication with owner for check in and out. Would highly recommend. 😢: All good.

😊: The host was very helpful when we had difficulty with finding the entrance to the parking. Very close to nice restaurants and the harbour, it was quiet in September and easy access with a car to amazing beaches. The centre of Capbreton is walkable and pleasant. The church is worth a visit. Walkable to the fish market. The bed is very comfortable.. 😢: You do need insect repellent as there were tiny biting insects and may be fly screens would have helped. The bedroom has limited ventilation..
