😊: The location and overall apartment quali0. 😢: The one thing to improve on is have a print out for the wifi connection . Hand written information ,while more personal, it can be difficult to comprehend. - also I could not make a good photo of the information by the door..
😊: Lovely modern room perfect for couples, we'll appointed, great Air-conditioning, wonderful location, close to everything.. 😢: The lack of communication about entry to the unit. We were trying to make contact from lunch time, when we'd not had any instructions the day before (as expected, despite checking messages and emails many, many times). We had 2 phone numbers to call, neither answering, and both with a message in French. We left messages and even asked some strangers to listen to the messages to ensure we weren't missing anything! Waiting in 42° heat for 1 1/2 hours was terrible. Our check in time was 4pm and we were finally met at 5.30pm..
