😊: The most property is large and spacious and well appointed. Close to shops and restaurants. The beach is walking distance. Parking is not a problem in the winter months.. 😢: The box storage outside the apartment for rubbish stank and subsequently the smell emanated throughout the kitchen and living room making it unpleasant to enjoy. But these can be rectified by removing the rubbish daily..
