BORDEAUX CAUDERAN, NEW APARTMENT, CLASS 3 STARS, 10 MIN FROM THE CENTER

I would NEVER stay there again and this is why: The house where the apartment is a part of was under renovation and there was a huge mess of contraction material everywhere and up to 4 or 5 workers and lots of noise everyday. One of the workers stuck his head into the room where my sister was staying to say hi! Another time, they covered the entrance of the apartment from outside with a construction plastic sheet and we could not leave the apartment. Apartment is hot and there is NO air condition and NO screens on the windows to keep the bugs and mosquitos out. Both of us had lots of mosquito bites the first night which needed treatment. You would have to choose between mosquito bites or a hot apartment! The owners are very cheap and did not leave more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper or one extra trash bag. We had to go to the store the next day to buy trash bags, toilet paper, washer detergent, and other stuff, which are usually provided. The apartment and the dishes were not clean upon checking in and looked like the dishes were just rinsed off from the previous renters. We had to wash all of the dishes and wipe down counter. One of the front gates did not have a lock and anyone could have entered the yard. There was NO lights at the entrance and good luck if you go there at nights! I would never stay in this place again and I highly recommend that you be aware of these problems.

Nous recommandons cette location. En effet, au calme, propre et fonctionnel cet appartement est proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont discrets et présents en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

This flat is perfect. It is provided with any kind of necessity one might need. It is 10/15 minutes far from the center by bus. The landlords are polite and avalaible.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé parfaitement. L'appartement est super, bien situé, propre et très bien équipé comme mis dans l'annonce. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillant et arrangeant. Vraiment une location à recommander!
