😊: Great location in the center of Magny-le-Hongre, only a few minutes by bus from Disneyland. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The self check-in process worked well and the instructions were clear once we had received all the necessary information. The apartment is comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The apartment is clean and well located, but a few improvements in terms of amenities, communication, and guest support would make the experience much better.. 😢: There were only three large towels for three guests staying two nights, with no additional or smaller towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. There is no hairdryer, iron, or ironing board. These are basic amenities that most guests expect. When I asked about a hairdryer, I received a reply only the following morning simply stating that there wasn't one, and that is mentioned in the amenities. Unfortunately, there was no hot water on the evening of 2 July and morning on 3 July, which was quite inconvenient. Although I communicated in English from the beginning, all correspondence from the host was in French. This made communication unnecessarily difficult, as I had to translate every message. I had to send several emails before receiving a telephone number for urgent contact, which is unusual, especially for a non-refundable Booking.com reservation..
