bright studio with balcony quiet location - Studio

😊: Excellent location, only 3 minute walk to Ourcq metro. Also several good local traditional Parisian restaurants a few minutes away. Bakery close by so if the windows are open you will have a lovely smell of baked bread each morning.. 😢: No WiFi password left in apartment. Would be good if a QR code was left as the given code is a bit confusing, after I obtained from owner. Just a warning that the apartment is on the 3rd floor via quite narrow winding staircase. May not be suitable for the less mobile..
