😊: Good property nice location at the edge of the woods.. 😢: Difficult to find the chalet, arrival information was not comprehensive enough. No towels or bedding provided..

😊: Location is beautiful, the pine forest is amazing!. 😢: - Needs to be properly cleaned - there was dust and spider nets when moving the curtains / any objects - Bed linen, towels, bathroom mats, kitchen towels were not provided and also not available for extra fee. For the price I would expect all of this to be included and available. It’s not acceptable to expect that people take these with them. No other accommodation in the region or elsewhere has ever asked this. - Instructions for how to find the place were not clear and when contacting the agency they could only respond in French and say that they don’t know where we are. Very unhelpful. - Really bad value for money in the region and even globally. We paid around 200 euros a night which generally gets you really decent places in Europe even in August so it was a disappointment. - Really doesn’t feel like anyone is trying to make it a nice experience. We had some great stays in the region where owners really cared about their guest experience. It wasn’t the case here..
