😊: pool was nice. 😢: Im not usually one to write bad reviews but am writing this in hopes to alert future travellers. We had an absolutely terrible experience staying here. Our bad experience started with check in. We arrived at the property to find there was no reception or any form of staff on site so couldn’t figure out how to get in. I tried all forms of contact to get in touch with the property owner to ask how to get in, and 1 week later, still have not received any form of response. Another guest at the property told us that they had faced the same issue and that we had to go to a seperate off site office to collect the key. This was not made clear to us at all before arriving and if we hadn’t have bumped into the other guest we would probably still be standing there wondering how to get in. We then had to walk for an hour each way in the scorching heat with all of our luggage to collect our key from the offsite office. We are then told towels and bed sheets are not included with the room (wtf?) and we have to pay to rent them. You must also pay to use the wifi. I have been budget travelling around europe for a while now, and all other accomodation has come with towels, bedsheets and wifi, so this was disappointing. We were also given cleaning products (glass cleaner, dishwashing liquid etc) and given a list of cleaning tasks to do before checkout (wtf again). we were told if we did not complete any one of these tasks we would be charged 30 euros for the cleaner to do it instead. Are we not already paying for a cleaner to come through?? When we got into the room there were things scattered around that were obviously left by the previous guests, which makes me question if the room was cleaned at all. The room felt dirty and had a lot of ants crawling around. Additionally, our double room came with old bunk beds (with horrible stains all over the mattresses) and a foldout couch. So don’t be expecting a double bed!.

😊: Absolutely nothing, it was terrible.. 😢: Everything, from the staff, communication, location, facility and cleanliness, it was all extremely disappointing and disgusting..
