😊: Of our 10 week holiday in Europe using booking. com this property is the one negative experience. We met so many hosts who all went above & beyond with their service.. 😢: It was falsely advertised. The icon showed it to be beachfront. It is not. No bed linen supplied. 20 euro to hire. Only room for a sofabed which was too filthy to sleep on. Booking.com advice is to contact the owner or submit complaint to a higher authority. This link had “error”. Paid for 3 nights in advance. No reimbursement. Did our money. No help whatsoever from booking.com. Who is an online booking platform. We have to pay upfront with no repercussions for dishonest accommodation hosts..
