😊: The location is perfect with a nice view from the terrasse. The property is spacious with everything you need and above. We stayed with a 11months baby and it was super! There was enough room for him to play and crawl and plenty of space in the bedroom for his bed. Also, a very good point is the parking available within the residence! Super important in Cassis!. 😢: The microwave wasn't powerful enough to warm up baby food..

😊: Lovely big terrasse and close to the city centre, restaurants, harbour and beaches. 😢: Communication with the owner could be improved and more polite.

😊: Location was fantastic, no climbing up the hill in very hot weather.. 😢: Host took over half an hour to arrive with the key. It was very hot and we were very tired, didn’t need the wait as we had let her know when we were 30 minutes away like she asked us too. She didn’t want to help us with tourist information, wasn’t particularly helpful really..

😊: Perfect property and location in Cassis . Great welcome. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The apartment itself was nice. The terrace was huge although there are no sun beds like shown in the photos, only a small table to seat 4. The bathroom and kitchen were good, but it was a tight squeeze for 3 people as the sofa bed takes up majority of the living room space. It was about 5 mins into the city centre which was also good. Kitchen was well equipped. 😢: The host was not very accomodating and was quite rude to us. We had to miss our first night accomodation as she wouldn’t allow us to check in past 8pm which was incredibly stressful and costly for us. It is bizzare to me that there is no option for self check in. The communication with the host was not good. We were made to pay €70+ on arrival for linen and tax and she wanted cash immediately which we did not have, made for a very very awkward conversation. She also arrived at 9.40, 20 mins before checkout at 10am and started cleaning around us whilst we were finishing off packing our bags which was very awkward and unprofessional. There was also lots of junk on the balcony next to the kitchen which was unpleasant. Although the apartment was okay, I would not stay here again due to the horrible experience we had with the host.
