Camden - Extérieur et parking

😊: I booked this room and paid for it. The host confirmed the reservation, but when I arrived at the apartment, it was occupied by other guests. I came with kids it was 9pm, we all were very tired. I tried to speak with the host but he says that I should contact with booking.com. I tried to contact with booking.com and get nothing. How will I get my money back?. 😢: The place was occupied.

😊: Nothing. 😢: Client would not let us gain entry. Claimed that damage waiver had not been paid even after we gave evidence of my bank account showing €500 had been deposited into their account. Had to find accommodation elsewhere. This person held my damage waiver deposit for four weeks before booking.com enforced them to release the money. Local people told us that a motorcycle had been stolen off their driveway some 12 months previous. Do not use this accommodation. Be warned. Check all previous reviews..

😊: The position of the house and the number of rooms was good.. 😢: Very dirty house. Cleaning service was not accurate at all. I found a lot of dirty under the each bed, in each bedroom. It was obvious that the bedrooms were not cleaned for weeks and weeks. In addition to this they want a 500 euros deposit to give you access to the house and they do not give you back the 500 euros deposit after 7 days as they promise on booking.com.

It was one of the hottest days of the summer and the house was lovely and cool when we arrived, but us Brits are not used to shutters, so we ended up letting heat in! It was so hot to sleep but the beds were comfy and the house is so bright and spacious. When I read apartment I did wonder if people lived below but it is the whole house and garden.
