😊: This is a great place for a vacation with friends. It has everything we need: a swimming pool, a small gym, and a sauna. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation and will definitely be back!.

😊: This lovely property was perfect for our group - we had both couples, and some single people plus a pet, and it accommodated everyone. We had the pool opened for us slightly earlier in the season and enjoyed the cold water for recovery after climbing. The sauna was also fantastic - small but efficient, and it was so quick to heat up. The main communal area was a great place to gather and chill. Honestly a great property, it had all the necessary equipment, and more!. 😢: It's just a few really small things that don't affect that stay very much, like the curtain rails - the fixtures are so odd you can't properly close and open them. The cleaners were running a bit late on the check-in day and then left some cleaning stuff in random places. The kitchen is quite small for such a large house, so you have to take turns! The tow thingy was also making parking a bit awkward for us, as we had 4 cars between us..

😊: Great location for bouldering in Fontainebleau, lovely house with a great communal area and spacious rooms.. 😢: The kitchen was quite small for a property that can sleep so many but we managed to cook large meals each night without much issue.

😊: Thank you for a lovely holiday, the house was great, and perfect for kids especially with the pool, ping pong table and trampoline. A great location for nature and climbing.. 😢: The only minor niggle was the internet which was a bit slow and patchy - our teenage kids kept disappearing into the cellar where the signal was best!.

😊: Lovely house with all you need. Enough space (we stayed there with 8 people), very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden, very large and fenced, so dogs could run around freely. Wonderful pool with deck chairs. You can easily start walks, runs and bicycle rides from the house. Excellent bakery at walking distance. All other groceries can be found close by in Nemours. Also Fontainebleau castle close by (15 min drive). One hour to Paris.. 😢: Nothing!.
