Canal View, superb gîte, Heated Pool near Carcassonne next to Canal du Midi.

Great stay at a beautiful gite. James was extremely informative and helpful but discreet also. We used the pool everyday and this was always clean and tidy. Fascinating being so close to the canal and the lock. Fab week at a fab location. Highly recommend

Great location. Lovely gite with pool and enjoyed watching the boats go through the lock. Well equipped gite. Good central location for local sights.Visit to Minerve is a must. James helped organise bike hire which was great with two wonderful routes all on GPS.

We had a wonderful stay at Canal View. The location & view are amazing. It was great to be able to relax outside & watch the boats on the canal.Sam & James were very respectful of guests privacy but were available when needed. We enjoyed their freshly cooked pizza which was offered on a couple of evenings during our stay. Sam & James provided or offered many additional items e.g. cool box & ice blocks for picnics useful for those travelling by plane. It was very hot during our stay & fans are in both bedrooms although we were told they intend to upgrade to air conditioning in the future.One very minor issue is that neither the toilet or bathroom have locks on the doors.

An excellent week. It was very comfortable and the location is great to explore local Minervois villages, Carcassonne and further afield Narbonne. We enjoyed watching the boats go through the lock. We were there in a heatwave so grateful for the beautiful pool.Thank you Sam and James and all the best in your new venture.

Lovely gite, well equipped and spacious, inside and out. Great views from the house over Marseillette canal lock and distant Black Mountains. Supermarkets close by in next village. Friendly owners who will respect your privacy but are on hand for any help required. Thank you James and Sam.

Beautiful unit on the shores of canal du midi. Good bedding, great kitchen, great location for multiple area visits. Quiet as can be. Wonderful walks on the side ofcthe canal. Just missed having English channels available but for sure Sam and James will correct. We were their first guests

We had an excellent stay at Canal View. The house is very nice and clean, counts with all the amenities, fully equipped and decorated with care. Wi Fi worked perfectly. Adrian and Ann-Marie are very friendly hosts. Highly recommeded.
