CANNES NEW HOUSE, SWIMMING POOL access, 4 minutes walk from the beach SEASIDE

Loved every minute and enjoyed the yard immensely!! Super friendly and helpful🤗❤️🥰

Stayed here for the Cannes film festival. The location is in perfect proximity to Cannes, as there are two train stations, a bus, 40 minutes walk, or a quick drive as your options to get into town. The house is also a 5 minute walk from the center of La Bocca, so plenty of grocery and food options. Also, there’s an incredible burger spot literally next door open until 5 am. This was major as we often came home at 3 am after parties very hungry. Tons of space. Really roomy and the backyard was wonderful to have and spend late nights hanging outside. I came with 3 others and the space was well accommodating. Owners were super nice and showed me everything upon arrival, even drawing a map of the local area for me! Something to keep in mind with something I experienced with this properties as opposed to others, you are expected to cover/bring small expenses such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, as well as cleaning. I would recommend to the owners that most stays this is complimentary, and would help add value to a tenants experience.

Bevor wir den Urlaub antreten konnten, wurden wir bereits mit einem Vertrag zur Nutzung des Inventars und der Garantie einer eigenen Haftpflichtversicherung belegt. Das Inventar, des wirklich schönen aber noch nicht ganz fertigen Hauses, war sehr vintage. Glühbirnen im gesamten Obergeschoss und in Celofan eingepackte Nachttischleuchten machten es nicht gerade gemütlich. Einheitliches Besteck, Service oder Gläser sowie „vernünftiges“ Kochgeschirr waren nicht vorhanden. Die Decken und Kissen waren eher viel genutzt und wir hatten leider nicht die passende Bettwäsche für 2 x 2 m Decken eingepackt. Alles Weitere muss man ebenfalls dabei haben: Toilettenpapier, Spülsachen (keine Spülmaschine), Putzsachen… Bei 1.200 Euro für eine Woche hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Unsere Kaution in Höhe von 500 Euro (bar oder Scheck) haben wir zurück erhalten. Ist auch nichts defekter gewesen als zuvor und mit Sicherheit war es bei unserer Abreise sauberer. Die Familie, die einen in Empfang nimmt ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Von der Location kann man in jedem Fall gut in alle Richtungen reisen, ob per Rad oder mit der Bahn/dem Bus. Wäscherei ist gleich neben der Bäckerei und dem Supermarkt zu finden. Parken kann man direkt am Haus. Garten und Terrasse sind sehr schön.
