When I arrived,nobody was on reception,nobody pick up my calls,worst experience ever.....

The staff was exceptional, we booked a small room with only a sofa bed, we were able to change rooms with no extra fees.

Front desk crew was very helpful and friendly. Towels were super thin and small. Bed was actually a sofa bed. at check in room floor was not cleaned and full of black hair.
