C étais très bien nous avons tous a proximité luna Park pour les enfants intermarche plage aqia Park resto super et la petite maison est pas mal surtout quand on arriv il y a torchon liquide vaisselle éponge tous pour commencer et les proprio sont vraiment gentil et très dispo au moindre problème merci

résidence agréable et calme... commerce a proximité nous sommes restes que 2 jours mais on aurai bien aimé prolonger notre séjour ... bonne adresse dommage que la piscine n était pas ouverte avant le 15 juin

This is a compact house/cottage/gite, in a gated community of maybe 100 similar properties with a back yard/sun terrace. There is a 150 metre walk from the car park to the property, with several sets of steps which makes getting the suitcases and heavy shopping in a bit tricky, but if you want security and peace of mind it is worth it. The property has everything you need, but the stairs and bedrooms are a bit tight if you have mobility issues. As for area, there is a bakery, fruit shop and chemist 5 mins away and a Carrefour 7 mins. Hyper U which is a large supermarket is 10 mins in the car and has everything you could want. Locally there are fabulous cafes and restaurants around the marinas, and beaches with lots of parking. South of France without the glitz of the St Tropez/ Monaco region, we felt really comfortable here.

I loved the fully utilized kitchen and fully enclosed garden terrace. Lots of privacy. We did have to take a lot of steps with our bikes every day, up-down-up-down to get to the cottage or to the road. But it was doable. It gets quit hot inside during the day as we were there in August , so we used the mobile airco unit a lot. I would have appreciated the same on the top floor but I’m probably spoiled. You do have to know that in August the Cap is very busy with tourists, so there are busy roads in the neighborhood. But everything is within walking distance so you don’t really need your car! I loved the property and the care that the owners give you, before-during and after your stay (by mail). Thnx Sandra for a lovely holiday!

We made our way here using public transport from Beziers airport. It is doable but involves a walk of approx ten minutes to the property up a slight hill. A car would obviously make this easier. The property Is a good base for exploring the local area and the more well known places such as Carcassonne and Montpellier. We were blessed with glorious weather during our stay and spent several days on the nearest beach, Plage Richelieu. The shops, bars and restaurants of Cap d’Agde are now pretty much closed until next season but there were a few still open. There is a good HyperU not too far away which has a good restaurant. The old town of Agde is worth a wander as is the walk up to the Ronde lock to watch the boats on the Canal. Overall the property is quite basic and a little out of the way but it has a well equipped kitchen and the couches and bed were all very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the South of France.

We stayed at this villa for a week just as the season in Cap d'Agde was starting. First time visitors but we would definitely return as it's position in terms of location alone this is perfectly suited. Five minutes very pleasant walk takes you to the Port and access to all that the Cap has to offer. We didnt hire a car as there was really no need. Transport links are only a couple of minutes from the villa as well. The villa itself is just fantastic. Exceptionally comfortable and homely with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday and in a complex that was equally as picturesque. The communal pool wasn't open as we were early in the season but it's another great feature. Special mention to Sandra who was a wealth of knowledge and happy to answer questions about the local area we had and arranged our transport to and from the airport. All round a first class service that made everything so smooth and we will be returning. Highly recommended

The villa feels like home because you have all the things you need, just like home (even WIFI). The garden/terrace is very private and invites you to take a sunbath. The owners are very friendly people who want their guests to enjoy and feel at home. The villa was clean and well maintained. There are lots of local markets to visit. Renting a bike (ATB) is a nice way to discover the environment, cycling to Agde or Grau d'Agde is just 15 minutes. Evening strolls to the harbor with the sun setting in the sea while enjoying your drink at a variety of bars contributes to that holiday feeling. Enough to do and see in Cap d'Agde and the Languedoc area, whether you want an active holiday or a more laid back holiday.

We stayed at the villa at Captivantes for nearly two weeks in September 2014 and had a very enjoyable time. The residential complex was located approximately a 5 minute walk from local shops, these included a couple of small supermarkets, a pharmacy and a patisserie, which was great for breakfast croissants and the like. There was a large supermarket about 10 minutes away by car near to Agde. It was about 15/20 minutes to walk to the beach which was very pleasant, aqua land and the theme park. Aqua land was closed and the fair ground was very quiet at this time of year. The main port which is very pleasant and busy with shops, bars and restaurants is about 20 min walk away. The villa was clean and tidy and was equipped with all you would need and as described in the advert. There was an air conditioning unit downstairs and a powerful fan in the bedroom. In the garden there was a dining table and chairs as well as a couple of sun loungers. The garden was bordered by bushes which gave a sense of privacy with areas of sun and shade to suit. The general area around the residence was quiet and peaceful and there are wooded walks and plenty of cycle paths nearby. There are plenty of villages, towns and cities to visit by car. Travelling by train was easy enough, we parked our car at Adge station and travelled to Montpellier but other cities we within reach. Although we didn't need to use a bus there was a bus stop with easy walking distance. The owners were helpful and provided all the information that was required and were able to facilitate a midweek arrival.
