😢: There is no parking here. We needed on-site parking and when we expalned to the host, they didn't care. Very dishonest listing and not very helpful at all..

😊: Location in the very center. 😢: very poor communication with the owner, they did not answer questions, I was already standing in front of the house and did not know how to get to the accommodation There were broken chairs in the apartment..

😊: Location Lovely bright Apartment Staff Communication. 😢: Ideal for a family, not so good for 4 adults. One of the beds is a Single that pulls out into double. Room small. Ideal if you choose to eat out, kitchen small. No on-site parking as stated. You need to find Parking. Because of location there is a lot of noise (was no problem for us)..

😊: The location could be great but be aware!. 😢: The agency dared to take a deposit and did not give instructions how to reach the apartment until the deposit was payed. When we finally reached the apartment the furniture was broken and the overall state of the apartment was miserable so that I was (and still am) worried about my deposit. The hair dryer only emitted smoke and was in danger of catching fire. The dishes were not really clean and there was only one chair left that was usable. Two were completely wrecked and another one was already torn. The bathroom lamps were broken and a side table was scorched. After paying the deposit we did not get sufficient information to find the apartment. The street number was wrong and the floor was not given. So we wandered through partially totally dark aisles in search of the accommodation. Also, we did not know before arriving that the accommodation was in a pedestrian zone so we had to find a public parking lot quite off from the place. Altogether not a very nice experience. I travel a lot but something like this has never happened to me before. Basically, a great place in the middle of Rouen but not well run..
