Casa di Luiggi

😊: Casa di Luiggi is a great place to stay. The house is above the Venaco valley with beautiful views across the valley to the mountains and down towards the East Coast. The house is spacious, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The pool and pool terrace are perfect in the morning sun. There are extensive grounds with donkeys and goats in fields nearby giving a rural feel but very accessible with plenty of space for parking. The house is about 10 - 12 minutes from the centre of historic Corte with its museums and restaurants and about 45 minutes on a good road to beautiful sandy beach at Aleria where there are two very good restaurants right on the beach.. 😢: There is a bar/ restaurant a bakery and a small shop in Venaco but we found it easier to go to the supermarket in Corte which as lots of parking and good range of fresh produce..
