Casa Gardot

😊: Great location with easy access to central Angers. Garage was a big plus as was garden. Everything was clean and communication clear and to the point. Apartment is small but ingeniously designed. Video guides were great.. 😢: Video guide to cover opening garage door! Not an issue for us, but instructions in English perhaps. Add dimensions of garage pls...our car only just fitted inside with no room for us to pass either end. Would have been a bit of a disaster if it hadn't fitted as we selected property for this reason (expensive golf clubs in boot)..

😊: The apparment is very nice, spacious and the terrace is cosy, private and well protected. The guy who came from the renting company, was also very friendly and helpfull !. 😢: What we did not like was that after booking the appartment, we had to give them permission to block 500€ from our credit card. As a Genius 3 client from Booking.com, that booked over 500 appartments without coming across anything like this, I felt treated like some kind of possible criminal. On top of it, we had the 500€ blocked on our account for 7 days, though staying juat 2 days..
