😊: The place is stylish and civilised and mostly well equipped. 😢: The contact prior to obtaining the key code was curt and inaccurate. The pillows were the worst I've encountered in 50 years of travelling (glad we had two of our own). The towels were so rough as to be almost unusable..

😊: This apartment was thoughtfully designed. Every detail is well-considered. Everything is perfectly arranged. The decoration is very elegant, modest but in good taste.. 😢: A strange heating system, in my opinion. Adjusting the temperature in the bathroom has to be done while kneeling, as it's at floor level and isn't very obvious. Fortunately, my back didn’t hurt from it. It's something to think about..

😊: A clean and bright well equipped apartment with a comfortable and large bed, if a little low. We needed some help in understanding how a few items and features worked; but help was readily available, both on the phone and in person.. 😢: The lack of an inventory made it difficult to know whether a toaster was provided and not finding in the file the full information about the electrical equipment and local shops was perplexing. The steps from the front door up to the living area are very steep and difficult for people with limited mobility, as was the case for my wife. Car parking was relatively easy to find adjacent to the property... but this is late September..

😊: It was all new. Lovely decor. Very well presented. Spacious.. 😢: There were no negatives.

😊: Was just what we wanted , light and airy . Big windows that open . Comfortable bed although I think taking my own pillows was good as there are never enough for me ! Place is very well equipped ..
