😊: It was basic but had everything you needed. 😢: The location was awful, so far out the way of everywhere, it cost us a fortune to get around..

😊: Everything inside the property worked as it should except for the wi-fi which was virtually useless as it seemed to be connected only to the 4G phone network. It was a quiet location.. 😢: The owner needs to take a much more business like approach and not be in such a rush and just leave the keys & just hope the tenant works things out for themselves. She needs to explain exactly where to collect the keys from her main house in the village. She needs to go round the property with every tenant at the start of the rental and show them how it all works including wi-fi and TV. She should also prepare a file with all relevant information. The garden area needs to be made more attractive for proper outdoor use. The kitchen utensils should be of much better quality - considering the amount charges. Very poor wall insulation between the bedrooms considerably disrupted our sleep..
