😊: Location next to park was great. Nice bathroom. Fan and Air-con. 😢: The sofa bed was tricky to manage but ok in the end.

😊: very close to a nice park; self check-in with lockbox; free parking possible on the streets. 😢: very narrow staircase; sofa bed was very uncomfortable; cramped space; not enough hot water for a bath; often cigarette smell from downstairs; leaky old fridge... basically we shouldn't have booked one week because all the discomfort was probably bearable if you just stay one night..
