It's about 10 minutes walk into town, has a private "beach' (rocky outcrop) and a gorgeous picture window. It was very easy to find, Fred let us in and showed us how everything worked! The only downside is there is not much privacy: the actual bedroom is a 1.5 bed (not a double) with a window into the hallway, and the other bed is in the living room. Was fine for our group but might not be for others!
