😊: Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from the center of Cassis and from the bus stops. The apartment is very large and comfortable, super well equipped. Agnès was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary tips and info to enjoy our stay ..

😊: Agnes & I agreed a time to meet, it was easy. 😢: Would have traded the dishwasher tablets for one more laundry pod (but that’s small fry).

😊: Good location Good badroom. 😢: I booked the property using the 'parking' filter since I was traveling by car, and parking was a priority. The property was listed as having parking, and the description mentioned it was rotational with limited spots, but if available, parking was on the property. I received an email before arrival explaining how to get the parking key. When I arrived with my elderly mother and young child, I collected the keys from Agnes, who was in a hurry. When I asked about the parking key, she clearly stated there was no parking, only paid street parking. I mentioned the website description, but she repeated there was no parking and quickly left, leaving me no time to ask further questions. We were very stressed trying to unload the car in the busy, dangerous street. My husband took over two hours to find parking nearby after a long drive. Later, I found the parking spot I saw on the website photo next to the building, and it was available for two days during our stay. However, the photo had been removed from the listing, and the property was no longer listed under the parking filter. I felt deceived and disrespected. Despite the stress, we managed to have a good stay by parking on the street and doing everything on foot. I emailed Booking.com's customer service immediately but received no response. I rented one thing and received another. This really upset me. Despite everything else being good, this ruined the positive experience of renting this property. I’m waiting for Booking.com’s response on what happened and why this was done..

😊: Beautifully decorated. Everything worked as it should. Location was fantastic. Plenty big enough for the three of us and the sofa bed was quick and easy to put up and down. Would definitely stay there again. Agnes was great - really good communication beforehand and she was very friendly.. 😢: Nothing!.
