Castelnaudary a pied en bord du canal du midi T2 cosy avec jardin proche gare et hopital

😊: We could not access the Property and the Property owner did not answer the phone or email. 😢: Could Not Get In and stayed at a different Hotel.

😊: Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Nice place and great location. Very comfortable.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had a courtyard. The bed was comfortable.. 😢: There is NO Private parking onsite as advertised. This was the only reason we chose the property as we had a lot of luggage in the car which we didn’t want to unpack. There is public parking on the street outside but this was all taken. We had no communication about how to enter the property prior to arrival. I phoned the host twice before my call was returned. We were told to park in a public carpark which was 3 minutes walk away. When we tried to access this carpark the road was blocked. We were then told to try another carpark which was full ! Eventually we managed to find a place in the first car park. By now we had been in Castelnaudary for over an hour!! We had to walk backwards and forwards with our luggage and risk leaving belongings in the overnight. This is NOT “PRIVATE PARKING ON SITE”. Also, the bed settee is very uncomfortable to sit on!.
