Cathédrale et Beffroi à 180 Netflix - Parking

😊: nothing. we were directed to somewhere else which proved unsuitable as it did not have 2 bedrooms as paid for in the original booking. Shambles. 😢: the amount of emails was out of order giving especially as we were travelling at the time.........to actually get there. No time to even look out the window of the car as we were trying to deal with the 'Booking.com' process. In the end we were directed to an Airbnb property by the 'superhost' Gaethan. We then paid for this as well as having paid booking.com, to find it in an unacceptable area so we didn't go in and cancelled Gaethan's booking. a totally outrageous set of circumstances. We then found our own accommodation and paid for it as well. Now we need to continue to inhabit the Booking.com and Airbnb processes to try to sort our refunds. Very disappointed..

😊: The location was absolutely outstanding, couldn't have been closer to the action! We also very much appreciated how lovely and warm it was inside the apartment as we visited in the winter. The host was fab, easy to contact. Overall a great stay. 😢: The beds were not particularly comfortable and some of the facilities a bit tired, but this wasn't a problem, and considering the price I think it's excellent value..

😊: Location was fantastic, central and parking was secure. Lovely layout with all amenities that were required..

😊: Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The location was superb! View of the cathedral and the belfry from the balcony. 😢: The access instructions need to be read very carefully! The address of the property is not quite the address you need to drive to, which is the road behind the property. Probably as much my fault as confusion from the instructions - I managed to drive round the one way system a few times before I found the right place :) Could potentially re write the instructions to make it clearer the location to drive to first..
