😊: Had no chance to like it.. 😢: Our stay didn't happened. We booked the room late evening after many hours travel. After half an hour I got message how to get to the property. In the message it was: linen and towels are not included, it's an option. But there was no description how to use this option. I messaged them how it's possible, how can we stay? It was getting late (21:40) and I got no reply what to do next or how to get it. So I messaged them asking for refund because we need to go to sleep and we have to get hotel instead. I got message: this is described in the property facilities, have a good evening. And we stayed without place for night to sleep. Pictures clearly shows bed linen on the beds. Who will expect to rent a room on booking.com and get no linen and towels??? Who will think to check if that is included??? Maybe I should get my own mattress with me? Management, say whatever you want, this was highly unprofessional. After covid it is unacceptable to not have basic hygiene equipment, linen and towels are one of them. It's standard not an option. You ruined our good humorous on the very end of week travel across the mountains. We didn't expect anything exceptional for that price but you had exceeded our imagination..
