😊: Atmospheric and rustic apartment with modern plumbing and aircon.. Loved the pool outside the front patio & the main house and surroundings. Really quiet at night as the estate is secluded on the edge of the village. Within walking distance if a small eatery open a few evenings a week and a local wine producer for wine tasting. Otherwise you need a car for everything. Exceptional hosts - Marijke and Henri are one of the loveliest, most helpful couples I have ever met! They can help with anything at all or keep their distance depending on your preferences as a guest. We were “all in” and had dinner in the garden, drinks & took all kinds of local hints and suggestions on board. That really enhanced our stay!. 😢: Nothing - this place is amazing. Just watch for the mosquitoes!.

😊: The poolside property is deceptively large inside. It’s been designed well & looks out onto the pool area. The village of Moux is small with very little going on apart from Chez Helene a cafe/bar/bakery/shop, well worth a visit! Marie & Andrea are very helpful & knowledgeable about the area which was great. We loved our apéritif in the garden all together on our last night.. 😢: When booking I wasn’t aware the property shared the pool with another property & ideally we wanted this to ourselves. We couldn’t use the TV all week due to signal issues which was a shame as we wanted to see the Olympics. WiFi connection is weak & often drops out. Steps to the pool were broken during our stay & replaced with a ladder that wasn’t very pleasant or safe with young children. 3/4 sun beds were broken..
