Good<br>#128578; The apartment is small but well equipped. Not sure she is suitable for 4 people. Whenever we turned to the owner, we got an immediate response. The location is great and close to two metro stations. There are many supermarkets and bakeries around.<br>#128577; The only problem is that the windows in the bedroom are turning to an inner courtyard on the ground floor and the living room has only a door to the street. The street itself is side and quiet.

The location is really great and easy to get around from there. A great bakery right around the corner. We didn’t realize from the listing or pictures that the apartment was on the ground floor and is a former store front literally on the sidewalk. The bedroom was fairly loud as people were coming and going through the building door right outside the bedroom beginning at 6am and we couldn’t open the bedroom windows as it they opened into the community courtyard. We also didn’t love the shower set up as it soaked the entire bathroom floor each time you showered and we had to request extra towels just to keep the floor dry. One of the amenities that drew us to this apartment was the washing machine but there was no drying rack provided.

Suitable for an overnight stay<br>#128578; This apartment did the job for us. We just needed a comfortable place to sleep for one night. We liked the location, even though the front door opens right onto the street. The apartment is beautiful, albeit small for 4 people. The sofabed was comfortable enough for the one night that we stayed.<br>#128577; While the sheets and towels were crispy clean, I have to be honest, the apartment was not very clean, especially the inside mechanisms of the sofa bed. The metal rods were packed with dust. Also while opening the bed you can see "under" the couch and it was quite dirty, with crumbs, wrappers etc. The dishtowel in the kitchen was torn and had a hole in it. The first mug a grabbed was not clean or stained. The shower needs a "lip" or egde because the water runs all over the ...

Sehr gut<br>#128578; Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Canal St. Martin ein Pluspunkt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man mehrere Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Zwei Metrostationen erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß.<br>#128577; Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Geht man von der Straße durch die Eingangstüre, steht man direkt im Wohnbereich.
