CENTRALE PANORAMIQUE Sainte-Maxime, pour 14 personnes! VILLA CALME et Rénovée

We were an extended family of 11 staying in the villa. The layout suited us perfectly & the outdoor kitchen was brilliant for family dinners. The pool was great & the location (5mins walk from the centre) couldn’t have been better. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Laurent & Vanessa. We can highly recommend this villa!

Le premier plaisir est d'être gentiment reçu par Vanessa ! La maison correspond à la description donnée et il ne manque rien : vues et emplacement !! Quelques points de détail : - Remplacer les deux bancs peu pratiques (et trop bas) devant la cuisine d'été et améliorer l'éclairage. - Entretenir les trop nombreux palmiers .... - Avoir moins de succès pour pouvoir louer ....... Vivement qu'on y retourne .

A great Place to stay for a large family or more families. 3-floor spacious house gives you privacy for everyone, luxury Close location to the city view and charming view from the 3rd floor. The House looks exactly as in the Pictures, very Clean, a lot of kitchen utensils etc. On each floor there is a washing machine as well as dishwasher - great not to run through different floors! The owner as well as the person who welcomed us were very friendly, very responsive. We are looking to be back to enjoy even more fantastic Place as Saint Maxime is - not too big and noisy, not too small to feel like in an abondoned village - just perfectly right for the family vacation. With this great location you have it Close to the harbour, too, from where you can take e.g. Green boats to Saint Tropez and others. Thank you Laurent!

We rented the villa for 2 weeks in June 2016 and had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equipped with all you need for making your own lunches or dinners and close to the local market for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. The bedrooms are nice and large as well and you could live at least two families with separate entrances but still in the same villa. The size of the pool is good and liks nicely to the outside area to chill as well as a bbq. We were met at the villa at our arrival and were given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift - a nice touch. Sainte Maxime is a nice place and quite place where the boat over to St Tropez goes almost every 10/15 min in the peak time. We will recommend this villa to anyone looking to rent in the area.
