😊: The place is right in the center, you turn around the corner and walk a couple of blocks and you're right in the center of the town. The apartment is quite new and has everything you need, the kitchen as everything you need in it! Philippe was reachable all the time on his what's app and the communication was fluent. We travelled 2 adults and 2 kids and we were very confortable. Parking included is a plus, just few minutes walking from the apartment.. 😢: The sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. We shaw comments of previous clients talking about it but we thought that it was an issue because of summer months, but you can really smell it in winter too :(. The street to access the building is super dirty, full of pigeons poop. Once you get into the building it's ok, but outside if not pleasant. Notes to improve: - A couple of additional towels will be appreciated. - Pillows in bed are too hard. - Too much light in the living room, it will be great it there was a little warm light lamp to have it on at night instead of all the amount of light there is in the living room so it can be more relax. :) - The Windows need curtains as the building in front is very close and there is no privacy..

😊: Philippe was a great host. He was answering very fast and was very helpful , the apartment is nice and clean with nice decorations. We really enjoyed this place..

😊: In a good location. Close to major sites. Well equipped and tastefully refurbished. Parking is close by and included with rental.. 😢: You need to access the property for the parking card and the road is not easy to stop on but it is doable. Heads up - the area is a little daunting at first but we did not feel unsafe and appreciate it is within a diverse city..

😊: It was central to the town.. 😢: I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience during my stay. The stairway was missing crucial bars, making it hazardous to use. Each morning, the stench of sewage from the bathroom was unbearable, forcing us to cut our stay short. Additionally, the shower was infested with flies, making it impossible to even wash ourselves. This was, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Thankfully, we were able to secure a full refund for our stay..
