😊: The location itself is excellent — the RER station is just 50m away.. 😢: Despite the listing advertising WiFi and a TV, neither worked at any point during our 2-night stay. Only one small table fan was provided for the entire apartment. The host was unfriendly and, despite English being listed as spoken, could not communicate in English — we had to get a local neighbour to translate. He said he would fix the fan and WiFi but never did. We paid €227 for two nights, which felt very high given none of the promised facilities worked. We also found that the address we were sent to check in at (8 Avenue de la République) is different from the address confirmed on our booking (10 Avenue de la République) — Booking.com lists these as two separate listings with different names, prices, and reviews..
