Centre Ville - Cocon Des Bois - Gare

😊: The town is beautiful! But not the apartment!. 😢: A BIG NO - services-cleaning! Terrible services and host! we were 4 and only had 1 bad with pillows and linens. I tried to contact them to tell them about this and they just ignored everything. the second day they said that someone was in the room to bring what we needed, but nobody came. In the end we left and the pillows and the linens were not provided. They also asked to clean the room before leaving. And there were long black hair everywhere!!!!!.

😊: Reasonably located in town.. 😢: Didn’t receive the promised email of instructions. (Later found buried inside the Booking.com app). No answer from phone number provided. Wasted too much time trying to get in. Luckily the cleaner was just leaving who let us in around 6pm. Overly complex entry code system. 50+steps to climb, no mention in description. Overlooked other unattractive properties. Inside inferior to photos provided. Poor light for a top floor apt. Occasional bad smell in toilet. Managed with minimum inconvenience to owners..
