😊: Very well equipped and tastefully furnished.. 😢: The common areas were very run down and the shower doesn’t drain well..

😊: There was no property. It’s a scam trying to extort money. They demanded credit card details so that they could charge €500 against our account as a “deposit”. We’d already paid in full for the apartment some weeks before. They would not give access details until a CC number was given and didn’t reply to my messages until way after the check in time. The apartment turned out to be a tattoo parlour. After we couldn’t check in and challenged them about their failure, they said they wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee. What about returning our payment for the supposed apartment they wouldn’t let us into. Scam, scam, scam. Don’t touch it with a barge pole.. 😢: Never got to see it..

😊: Great location in centre of Blain...just off the canal. Modern stylish decor in apartment. Clean. Well equipped. Good communication from host.. 😢: Not great for bike storage. Had to leave them by the church..

😊: Decent shower and bed. 😢: Entrance stank; Difficult to locate; access instructions not that helpful; Very limited kitchen facilities.

😊: Flat was clean and stylish. Perfect for our trip.. 😢: The difficulty in making the security deposit. But probably my own incompetence..
