Centre ville Montpellier - Appartement au coeur de l'écusson - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The property is centrally located and easy to find. It is on the first floor which is a bonus for the city centre. The property was very well cleaned and provided enough towels. Communication with the host was very good.. 😢: Personally we found thew apartment to be quite dark even on bright sunny days and we always had to have a light on. The shower door is broken and falls off leaving you to catch it before it falls on you. The coffee machine is broken and the bathroom sink does not drain. (All of these have been highlighted on other reviews some weeks before our stay)! There is nowhere to store your clothes or to even hang a coat. For a couple for a two or three days, it would be ok, but for a week, it is just too small as your luggage is on the floor. There is no kettle or cafetiere, so with the broken coffee machine, there are no coffee making facilities. Although out of the Hosts control, the neighbour above is Incredibly noisy between midnight and approx. 7am. We even tried to communicate with them but to no avail resulting in very little sleep for the entire week..

Parfait !<br>#128578; Excellent rapport qualité-prix. La situation est exceptionnelle, au coeur de l'Ecusson de Montpellier, à portée de tout, dans un veiel immeuble rénové. Le contact avec la propriétaire est impeccable. Le studio était parfait pour un séjour de travail, avec les bons aménagements. Seul l'escalier pour monter à la mezzanine requiert un peu de souplesse ;-)

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Appartement très bien situé, propre et bien équipé

😊: Right in the old town. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Small and cosy place with a quirky upstairs bed which I thoroughly enjoyed climbing up the ladder stairs to (like a big kid again).. 😢: Some lightbulb were missing in the kitchen so it was a bit dark. No basics supplied like shower gel, milk, sugar etc but that's all down to the host and not really to be expected everywhere you stay. It's an old building with a spiral type staircase so not for people with access challenges. They're old building so it can be quite noisy but didn't bother me at all..
