Chalet 3 vallées - Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, EDEN 12 pers , Spa Sauna Hammam

We spent great week in that place.

We arrived at this location and found the accommodations reasonable. However, we soon discovered a number of issues that made our first part of the stay very uncomfortable. We could not regulate the floor heat and made the first floor almost unbearable to live in. We had to op[en the windows so we could drop the temperature that was comfortable. It took many days for the issue to be resolved. The Hamman did not work, and it was a full week before an electrician came in to fix it. The water level in the jacuzzi dropped to very low levels every day, and we had to add water at night so we could use it. We had never experienced this in every house we had ever rented. We had a lot of issues with the wi-fi. It took a number of days to finally ft it working. We could never get the television to work. Some of the doors would not close properly, esp. the door to the bottom area activities. The cabinet door to the first floor bathroom was broken and sitting on the side. One of the upstairs bathroom sinks was clogged and we had to buy some drano to unclog it. And all the clocks needed new batteries. None of them worked. All of the issues I describe should have been carefully checked before we moved in. I believe I deserve some sort of discount given the issues I describe above. I will say when we contacted the owners who were away on vacation, they did respond quickly to resolve our issues. But I have to be truthful that having paid almost 9000Euros for the chalet I was disappointed.

Excellent séjour chalet agréable chambres bien distribuées Espace bien être super S’il y avait un regret c’est l’agencement de la cuisine. Mais sinon extra de l’espace du calme. Très bon séjour et nous gardons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Sejour tres agreable dans un chamet confortable. Belle vue sur la montagne, chambres agreables, sauna jaccusi et hammam tres apprecies apres le ski. C'est la 3eme fois que nous venons a Noel a la grande satisfaction des parents et enfants. Comme Nous etions 4 familles, nous avons egalement loue le chalet mitoyen ce qui constitue une silutiin et unique et tres pratique
