Chalet 90m² surplombant le lac d'annecy

We had a wonderful stay here, wonderful views at all times of the day. Superb facilities and excellent host who is very welcoming and friendly.

Fidèle à son annonce , le cadre est enchanteur et l’hôte très chaleureuse. Tout est réuni pour passer une agréable séjour.

Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs.

Hôtes charmants, excellent accueil et bel appartement. Situé sur les hauteurs, l'aller et retour au lac en vélo nécessite une pratique régulière.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als genug Platz. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist zwar z.T. etwas veraltet, aber es mangelt an nichts. Vom Balkon und aus fast allen Zimmern (incl. Toilette) hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See von Annecy und die umliegenden Berge. Für eine Erkundung der Gegend rund um Annecy ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation konnte aufgrund unserer Französischkenntnisse problemlos erfolgen. Einziges Manko: Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist schon sehr stark durchgelegen und könnte demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

We spent a lovely few days. Everything was great. Place was clean and kept well. Only wish we spoke french as the host was very nice but we couldn't communicate well with her.

A lovely apartment with stunning views. Claude and Grim (Le chien) were hosts par excellence. Really well stocked apartment with lots of cooking equipment. Very peaceful and beautiful. We loved it. Thank you Claude and grim
