Chalet à Gruissan plage, Méditerranée à 300m avec la Fibre

Chalet très, très propre, très bien équipé; Eugénie est super sympa, toujours disponible. 3 minutes à pied à la très belle plage (presque vide en avril, même pendant le week-end de Pâques). Merci pour ces semaines géniales !

Nous sommes venus la première semaine de novembre en famille (5 personnes au total). L'objectif était de faire de la planche à voile. Nous avons eu un temps très doux pour la saison. Finalement la tramontane s'est levée. Le chalet était bien adapté pour une famille. L'aménagement intérieur (l'escalier à l'intérieur du chalet, toutes les chambres au rez-de-chaussée) est très pratique et efficace. Nous avons apprécié la literie. Notre lit était ferme. Le temps étant ensoleillé, nous avons emprunté les raquettes de plage et les boules de pétanque du chalet et nous avons profité d'après-midi très agréables sur la plage de Gruissan.

Wir wurden sehr nett von Eugénie empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation in Englisch war perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich mit allem bestens ausgestattet, incl. Klimaanlage, gut funktionierendem WLAN, Strandequipment, ... . Die Lage ist sowohl gut um an den Strand zu laufen (ca. 10 min) als auch kurz beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt einzukaufen (ca. 5 min). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The property is great. On a slightly busy road, but other than that, it's spacious, light and has great outside space. If kite or wind surfing is your thing, this is the place to be. If it's not, it's still a great place to be, with some great restaurants nearby, in particular Poisson d'Avril (fantastic seafood). The downside of being there out of season is that there is nowhere to get any daily shopping and that quite a few restaurants had closed down or were only open at lunch. But that's a minor thing really. Overall, we had a great stay.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet d’Eugenie. Nous avons eu la chance de la rencontrer, elle nous a donné de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et les découvertes à faire au alentour. C’est un chalet très confortable, propre, bonne literie, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Des transats sur la terrasse, les lauriers roses, nous nous sommes bien reposés. De très bon commerces, restaurants et la plages à moins de 10 minutes à pied sans prendre la voiture. Bref vous l’ avez compris nous avons adoré ce quartier des « chalets » très emblématique de Gruissan. Merci Eugénie pour votre accueil chaleureux. A bientôt

Beautiful chalet on the Gruissan facing side of the peninsula. Enjoyed stunning sunsets and drinks al fresco. High spec interior with private gated garden, complete with BBQ area. Warm welcome from Eugenie and had no issues with our stay. Merci! We hope to return one day soon.

A fantastic chalet with a very warm welcome from Eugenie. Spotlessly clean, well equipped (including beach necessities) and decor very tasteful. Location perfect for local amenities, including a bakery for fresh croissants to enjoy on the sun terrace for breakfast. The safe, sandy beach is ideal for kids and an easy 5 minute walk from the chalet. We had a wonderful week in Gruissan and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our family and friends. A little gem! High-quality chalet in Gruissan-Plage. Perfectly situated. Just a two-minute walk to a small cluster of local bars/restaurants and excellent boulangerie/pattisserie. Spar shop also good, with great selection of fresh fruit/vegetables. Bigger supermarkets five minutes away by car in Gruissan village. Chalet has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen (if you need a night off from eating out in any number of good-value local restaurants) and there's also a digital TV with Wi-Fi and Wii. Beach is a three-minute walk and offers a huge expanse of sand. Shallow water, so safe swimming for kids. Gruissan-Plage is full of character and a great base, whether you're just staying local or exploring a little further afield. Family-friendly resort & very friendly people. Booking the chalet was straightforward, with a warm welcome from the owner, Eugénie, on arrival. Can highly recommend.
