😊: Good view from the garden. 😢: It was like an underground cave, old noisey plumbing, needs updating, strange wire fence arrangements in the garden, used by tradesmen that block the way in with vans, noises from connecting door that sounds like someone is in your apartment, no blind in the bathroom so people can see in from the garden, ,.

😊: Perfect accomodation and location. Perfect for 2 people.

😊: Quiet, calm location within Chamonix with a very peaceful walk into the town via the river. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of useful information on the handbook provided about Charmonix including the restaurants, activities and the shops. We got a very clear night where we were able to see the stars which was incredible. Unrelated to the property: If you are walking from Charmonix, I will warn that google maps suggests a route which takes you away from the river across a pipe and through bushes to get to the road, if instead you continue down the path beside the river there is a much more accessible path. Additionally, if the walk to Charmonix is too long it is possible to get train to Le Praz from Charmonix then it is ~ 10 minute walk on very quiet road..
