Chalet Coquelicot - confort montagnard, ambiance chaleureuse au cœur du village

The chalet is a conversion under the owners family home with a large bedroom and bathroom and a well equipped and planned kitchen and sitting area. The entrance door is a patio door allowing lots of light into the chalet with shutters for the evening making it a cosy space. It was quiet and peaceful a short walking distance from the village lift which connects to the main lifts up to the three valleys. We made use of the skicase lockers next to the village lift, which for us was a bonus saving us walking in boots and carrying skis to and fro.. St Martin de Belleville is not a party place, but a couple of bars and restaurants that we visited had great atmosphere with some live music. Suiting our age group very well. Nathalie our host was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the fig jam and bottle of red wine left for us. We hope to visit again next year.. Thank your for out stay in your home.

Charming and convenient apartment close to the centre of the village. The owners are an extremely nice family, who live in the rest of the chalet upstairs and they were very helpful. We stayed with our two young children, who used the two single sofa-bed pullouts. The space is compact but has everything you need and good storage. The master double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has a decent shower. We had a really had a great stay here and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was small but the space was well organised so we were very comfortable. Our hosts were charming and gave us good advice about using our car to get to Val Thorens as there wasn't much snow lower down the mountain - we were there very late in the season. Overall it was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with two adults and two children (11-14) in this appartement. It was compact, but very well equipped. A large parents bedroom and a very comfortable bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped! The couch in the living/kitchen could be turned into two beds. I would not recommend these for adults, but for the kids they were fine. The appartement was in walking distance of the supermarket and bakery and ski gondola and ski rental shops. Saint Martin is a beautiful characteristic village and it is a portal for the tremendous ski area of the trois vallees! We had a real pleasant stay here and will certainly consider to come back next year. The owners were very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in St Martin over Christmas 2014. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes walk from the town centre, and up on the mountainside with lovely views of chalets and mountains. The apartment is cosy, and was very clean and quiet, perfect for the two of us, although the sofa in the living room converts to a bed so could accommodate more people perhaps.. Giles and his family were also very kind to us and we must thank them very much for sharing a couple of bottles of Sparkling Rose with us, and for the gift of the cheese - thanks you, we will be back!
