😊: - Uninterrupted views of the river - Very friendly and helpful owner - Lovely varanda - Good location. Although it is on the same property as where the owner lives, the area is large and it is quite far from everything else. - Despite being small, it was well equipped - Plenty of coffee pods and tea! - Excellent shower. 😢: - Bed was not very comfortable- it's really only a sofa bed. Although better than most sofa beds, it was sagging a bit in the middle, ending up sleeping closer together. - Toilet is basically in the room with just a shower curtain for some privacy - but it is also really tiny - No space in the apartment for luggage once the bed is out. There is some space on the varanda, which is kept dry and protected from the wind. - Additional charge for hot tub and is not included in rental price - We paid 168 euris for 1 night which was a bit too expensive for what you get - might be cheaper for longer trips/not on weekend..

😊: It was the perfect location. So beautiful and quiet. We loved staying near the water and going for a walk around the island. Gaetan is the best host we could ask for. A really nice and helpful man! We also loved the chickens running around :). 😢: The bed was a sofa bed instead of a real bed. It was a bit difficult for me as a pregnant lady to sleep well in this but my partner slept well. There were also no mosquito nets in the window so we didn't want to leave the window or door open in the night. But then it was just so hot inside the cabin. Luckily Gaetan offert us a fan. But a mosquito net for windows would definitely be a big upgrade..

😊: It was a charming small chalet facing the river, and it was an unforgettable experience. The serene location, surrounded by lush nature, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The chalet was cozy and well-equipped including an adequately stocked kitchen, offering stunning views of the river and nature. Our host, Geaten, was truly amazing—warm, welcoming, and always ready with great tips to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a personal touch, this chalet is the ideal choice. If you like to dine out there are a few options available once you cross the bridge and at about 15-20 mins walk there is a huge store available aswell from where you get good ready to cook or microwave meals to enjoy at the chalet. Its Highly recommended!. 😢: Not something that we didnt like but just something that people should be aware of if they dont travel light like us, there is no car access to the island and you have to walk with the luggage across a bridge to the chalet. Thankfully Geaten helped us with luggage when we had to leave :).
