Chalet des Trappeurs Coeur Vanoise 15 persons

😊: Fantastic setup, there was only 9 in our group and the property can sleep 15+ with ease. Spread over 3 floors it’s perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends with a mix of adults and children. Kitchen setup is excellent and what we particularly liked was the range of kitchen equipment that made cooking for a large group easy something often overlooked by hosts of similar sized properties! NB We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub, a really nice addition with amazing views of the valley and sunset!!!. 😢: It’s not so much a negative but an observation that we came for skiing at the end of the season when the bus service was less punctual and reliable to the gondola station but had the benefit of our cars as it’s not walkable with children and skis if not running.

😊: Everything - the welcome, the space, the views, the weather! It couldn't have been better for our group of 12. We all enjoyed our own space and were able to spend communal time together in the spacious living room..

😊: The house is very comfortable for large groups with many bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 kitchens super fully equipped, sauna, parking space for at least 2 cars. It was exactly how it looks in the photos. The location was very good with breathtaking views, and walking distance (10 mins uphill) to the La Plagne ski lift, if you leave the skis and ski boots to lockers at the base. Otherwise a car is needed. With a car its only 20 mins to Courchevel and 30 mins to Meribel, 3 Vallees We checked in late with no problem by picking the keys from a security box.. 😢: The arrangement of the apartment with the bathrooms was as described and shown in the plan views, but we found it a bit strange with the sinks and showers separated from the toilets, in different floors. For example in Floor 1: 6 people sleep with only one toilet and two showers. Some kitchen facilities were not very clean. We were asked to remove the sheets from the beds and collect the towels for our check out, which is a bit strange. WiFi is adequate, but if many people use it, its a bit slow..
