La situation en semi montagne, le très bon confort du chalet dans un bel environnement verdoyant , le calme et la vue depuis les terrasses ont largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour dans une région riche en randonnées , visites de sites , possibilités de goûter aux différentes joies du lac et découvertes du patrimoine local ...

Très beau chalet, idéal pour un couple avec 2 ados. très belle vue, proche de tous les départs de randonnée et à une 20aine de minutes des plages du lac d'Annecy. La ville de Thônes permet de trouver tout ce qui est nécessaire rapidement. Accueil de Pascale au top. Merci

This lovely chalet in a small village is surrounded by dramatic views of mountains and rolling landscape during the day and starry skies at night. The interior is very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, beds, and shower, and a kitchen that was well equipped for at-home meals. The balcony in the front of the house and the large patio in the back provide both sun and shade during the day. The charming town of Thônes, with ample shops and restaurants as well as a lively Saturday market, is about ten minutes away, and beautiful Lake Annecy about five minutes farther. Wonderful hiking abounds, both out the door of the chalet and within reasonable driving distance. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day, even when the Wifi was at times balky.

We stayed in this beautiful, well-equipped chalet for a week in August and would gladly return. Overlooking the tiny town of Dingy-St.-Clair, it has stunning views of the valley below and mountains all around. In the mornings, hot air balloons could be seen overhead; in the afternoons, hang gliders circled nearby cliffs. Twenty minutes from Annecy and fifteen minutes from the smaller but equally charming town of Thones, the chalet offered a quiet place to retreat after a day of swimming, hiking, or sightseeing. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to economize by cooking our own meals with fresh ingredients from the farmers market in Thone. Geneva and Chamonix/Mont Blanc are close enough for a day trip, and if you were feeling particularly adventurous you could even cross the Mont Blanc tunnel into Italy. Highly recommended.

Du premier contact avec Serge à la mise en main du chalet par Charlotte, nous nous sentons tout de suite en confiance. L’équipement du chalet, sa situation et les commodités sont de très bonne qualité. A mi chemin du lac et des montagne, le chalet nous laisse les options tant en été qu’en hiver pour choisir entre sport et détente. Nous avons passé un super séjour, mis en confiance par l’accueil bienvéillant de Charlotte. Tout l’équipement est présent. Nous avons voyagé avec nos 3 enfants âgés de 6 à 10 ans qui se sont approprié l’étage, alors que nous avons investit le Rez de chaussé. Bref, chacun a trouvé sa place facilement dans ce logement bien pensé. Merci encore à vous Serge pour cet endroit apaisant, où l’art côtoie la nature. Respectueusement Guillaume et Stéphanie
