The host was very helpful and assisted with any enquiries. We had a lovely stay.

Pretty bummed about this place. The bones are good, but nothing works. The hot tub was filthy on arrival (thick film of grime from previous use), steam room dead and not fixable per the handyman, WiFi didn’t work for the entire week we were there and we kept getting the exact same password over and over from the host… day 5 we just gave up on getting help or internet. The washing machine worked but our clothes smelled so awful after that we couldn’t wear them- and the dryer door doesn’t latch so also isn’t functional. For as much as I paid for this cabin, I expected to stay in a clean and functional place. We also discovered that you have to supply everything- there were only a couple toilet paper rolls for a full house of adults across 4 bathrooms. Overall, cool cabin with lovely views and decent ski access, but not maintained to our pretty basic standards.

Overall the chalet was perfect. We had a few little hiccups but they were sorted out swiftly. Would definitely go back.

We really appreciated that we could use the whole chalet on the day of our departure after skiing as we had a late flight out of Geneva. Owner even helped us push our hire van up the slope when caught out by the snow Definitely need your own transport for the slopes.
