Chalet Glitzerstein

😊: Quiet location, in the heart of a green environment.. 😢: -The steps leading down from the parking area to the accommodation are made of earth and become difficult to use when the ground is wet. -The garden is poorly maintained and unfortunately gives the impression of being neglected. -Upon our arrival, there was a strong drain smell in the bathroom, which persisted throughout the stay. -One of the sun loungers was broken and was not replaced (only one was usable). -The staircase leading to the upper floor is very steep, making it unsuitable for families with children. The upstairs rooms are heavily sloped, and one of them is particularly small (you cannot stand upright inside it); moreover, the separation between the two rooms consists only of curtains. -Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but some details were disappointing (fingerprints on the windows, etc.). -Finally, we also noticed the presence of rodents in the ceiling (identified by the managers as dormice); they moved around at night and sometimes droppings would fall through the gaps in the ceiling, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the service was rather average considering the price paid..
