Passable<br>#128578; Location excellent, very kind lady who let is in. Nice touch of the welcome pack milk, water, wine etc<br>#128577; Whole property very dated and in need of an upgrade. Sold as a property for 4 people but in reality this is a 1 bedroom garden flat with a sofa bed. Without the sofa bed, this gives 1 very small comfortable chair to sit on of an evening. No cushions for the iron seats outside in yt garden and yet premium prices charged.
